My colleagues Dr. Sibo Cheng and Prof. Rossella Arcucci from Imperial College, London, UK took the initiative to gather many researchers that recently worked on the combination of machine learning, data assimilation, and uncertainty quantification applied to dynamical systems. They were planning to write the first review on this very exciting topic. Sibo put a considerable effort in preparing, organising, assembling, and smoothing out our contributions to the review, with great expertise and energy. Kudos to him!

The paper is entitled Machine learning with data assimilation and uncertainty quantification for dynamical systems: a review, and will be published (open access) in IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica.
